i found there to be a communication issue. i received numerous welcome messages. i asked specific questions and received no clear answers. new year's eve dinner arrangements were miscommunicated and they showed me a different reservation confirmation than the one they sent.

the staff at reception was friendly. the spa had easy access from my room and a variety of facilities. i found parking easy, it was quite convenient.

the gym seemed to lack some more equipment.

convenient location relaxing atmosphere easy transport

The hotel's location is quite convenient, near shopping centers. The swimming pool and lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The bus stop right outside made getting around quite easy. I also appreciated the proximity to the arts and science center.

I found the hallways to be slightly too dark.

My room was quite spacious and well-kept. I had more than enough space. The bed was comfortable and provided good rest each night. The bathroom included a separate area for the toilet and bidet.

The staff was friendly and offered great information about local events. The staff member, Rafa, could easily serve as a tour guide. He was very helpful. Daily room service kept everything tidy.

The hotel features a pool with soft green turf surrounding it. It is very inviting. Several sunbathing zones are available both in direct sunlight and shaded spots. The gym is accessible at all times.

Breakfast offered a super selection of items each morning. I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice. It was AMAZING!!! A range of choices allowed for a fulfilling start to each day.
